First Official Post!

OK - not completely sure what I am doing but having fun doing it anyway!  Wake up Central Florida and buy a house today!  Lew and I are chomping at the bit for one more sale this month.  We have sold 4 so far in December (and end of November) and you can be our 5th.  Prices are down even though inventory is low, but sellers are motivated!  Also, if you are considering listing in the next few months, don't hesitate - pick up the phone and let us know so we can alert our buyers!
